1. Resistor Tweaks
Added a 100K 1% resistor in parallel with the 2.8K 1% resistor R12. I was not able to get steps 10 and 11 up to the correct voltages with R12 at 2.8K. Even with the trimmers cranked all the way up to the clicking point, the output voltage was always flat. I didn't have a 2.7K 1% resistor in my stock at the time, so I cheated by putting 100K in parallel with 2.8K to get an effective resistance of 2.7K.
